Do you offer notarization?

Yes. Notarization is available as an add-on for $25. A notary public places their official seal on the completed translation, which is often required for legal proceedings in the United States.

Can I receive a printed copy by mail?

Yes. For an additional $15 we will print your certified translation and mail it to any U.S. address via USPS. Digital delivery (PDF by email) is always included at no extra cost.

Is my document kept confidential?

Absolutely. Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Only your assigned translator has access. All translators sign a strict NDA. Documents are permanently deleted within 30 days of delivery.
